We have used 19 London for both of my business and private hires in my household, and the standard has been consistently high. We hired a chef, a nanny and a PA through them, and we now have a brilliant support team.
The Executive Assistant candidates sent by 19 London were noticeably stronger than those we had seen elsewhere from other agencies. They clearly understood the brief and that was apparent from every communication I had with them from the terms, the job brief and the shortlisted candidates.
We needed to move quickly and the team delivered a very strong shortlist within days for our Chef. The whole process was efficient and straightforward.
We needed someone exceptional (for a Director of a Family Office role) and had very little time to find them. 19 London delivered to an exceptional standard.
The team handled everything with absolute discretion. The whole process felt considered rather than transactional. Really a brilliant agency.
