DECKHAND NEEDED FOR A 100m+ MOTOR YACHT (PRIVATE)

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Deckhand to join the Deck Department onboard a 100m+ Private MY.
 
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of professional yachting experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in developing her career within the yachting industry.
 
Candidates should have a good knowledge of general deck operations and maintenance, with tender-driving and small-boat handling experience highly preferred. Relevant maritime qualifications, good communication skills, physical fitness, a positive and team-oriented attitude, professional presentation, and a strong work ethic are essential.
 
The successful candidate should be guest-focused and comfortable assisting with water sports, beach set-ups, water toys, mooring and line handling, and basic deck maintenance, while remaining flexible and adaptable in a busy yacht environment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:

• STCW/ENG 1
• Min of 1 year experience as a deckhand needed
• Schengen Visa or EU passport needed
• Yacht Master – Bonus
• Designated Security Duties Certificate 
• Excellent References are needed
• Must be Covid vaccinated & willing to undergo medical screening prior to joining
