This role is ideally suited to a hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury private households, royal residences, private yachts, embassies, luxury hotels, or fine dining establishments. The successful candidate will possess exceptional service standards, a discreet and professional manner, and a genuine passion for delivering seamless, intuitive hospitality within a prestigious private environment and will occasionally be expected to travel.
 
Working alongside a highly professional household team, you will be responsible for providing formal dining service, silver service, beverage service, and supporting high-profile events, private dinners, executive meetings, and special occasions. The ideal candidate will naturally anticipate guests’ needs, maintain impeccable presentation standards, and ensure every dining experience is executed with precision, elegance, and discretion.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to the Principal, family members, and distinguished guests
• Provide formal dining, silver service, plated service, guéridon service, synchronised service, and beverage service to the highest standards
• Anticipate guest preferences and provide discreet, personalised hospitality at all times
• Prepare and present dining rooms, lounges, meeting rooms, and reception spaces for private functions and formal occasions
• Set, clear, and maintain formal table settings with meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate seamlessly with the culinary, housekeeping, protocol, and wider household teams during events
• Serve meals, refreshments, canapés, and beverages with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain expert knowledge of international dining etiquette, luxury hospitality standards, and service protocols
• Ensure silverware, china, glassware, linens, and all service equipment are maintained to impeccable presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels of service items and communicate replenishment requirements
• Support the planning and execution of executive meetings, diplomatic receptions, private events, and formal gatherings
• Maintain complete confidentiality whilst interacting with the Principal, guests, and visitors
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, security, and household operating procedures

 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, private households, royal residences, luxury yachts, embassies, executive lounges, private clubs, or five-star hotels
• Previous experience providing service to UHNW individuals, VIPs, diplomats, senior executives, or distinguished guests
• Extensive knowledge of silver service, formal dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality standards
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge with exceptional attention to presentation
• Strong understanding of international protocol and fine dining service techniques
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Calm, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, service-focused attitude
• Fluent spoken and written English
