FANTASTIC TEMPORARY HOUSEKEEPER ALL ROUNDER OPPORTUNITY

A lovely opportunity has arisen for a versatile and hardworking All-Rounder Housekeeper to join a private estate in Henley-on-Thames on a temporary basis until December.
 
The successful candidate will be a real all-rounder, supporting the team with general housekeeping, laundry and pot washing to assist one of the household chefs. This is a varied and practical role suited to someone who is happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
 
The role will primarily focus on keeping the household running smoothly behind the scenes, with strong housekeeping and laundry skills being essential. If you are also comfortable providing some light service when required, this would be a fantastic bonus. The family is looking for someone reliable, flexible, and proactive who takes pride in their work and is happy working as part of a team. You should be comfortable moving between different tasks throughout the day and able to work independently when required.
 
Working 3-4 days per week, this is a great temporary opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper looking for a varied role within a lovely private household.
 
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• General housekeeping duties throughout the property
• Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing
• Laundry, ironing and general garment care
• Changing bed linen and ensuring bedrooms are well presented
• Washing and putting away pots, pans and kitchen equipment
• Supporting the household chef with kitchen duties as required
• Keeping the kitchen and working areas clean and organised
• Assisting with light service when required
• Helping with general household tasks as needed
• Maintaining a tidy, organised and well-presented home
• Working collaboratively with the wider household team
• Taking initiative and assisting wherever required

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a UHNW private household
• Strong cleaning, laundry and ironing skills
• Happy and confident assisting with pot washing and kitchen duties
• Flexible, practical and willing to get stuck in
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly, personable and professional manner
• Comfortable providing light service would be highly advantageous
• Available to commit to 3-4 days per week until December
