TAGALOG-SPEAKING MORNING HOUSEKEEPER – WEST LONDON

A warm and busy family of five based in Ladbroke Grove, West London, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Morning Housekeeper to support the smooth running of their large family home. This is an informal but high-standard household, so would suit someone highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small household team.

Working alongside another full-time housekeeper and liaising with the family’s PA when required, the successful candidate will help maintain exceptionally high household standards during the morning routine, which will include breakfast preparation, room turn-ups, laundry and ironing, as well as pet care.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7am-12pm, and 8am-1pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility is essential, including occasional travel to the family’s additional residences and occasional pet and house-sitting responsibilities, which may include overnight stays, with Christmas and summer periods typically quieter/off.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
– Clearing and tidying after breakfast
– Preparing simple breakfasts when required
– Assisting with children’s morning organisation for school, including bags, sports kits, and water bottles
– Completing the morning reset of the home to a high standard
– Daily housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and detailed bathroom cleaning
– Making beds and changing bed linen
– Maintaining kitchens, utility rooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas
– Caring for fine materials and delicate finishes including marble, brass, and luxury furnishings
– Laundry duties including washing, ironing, hand-washing delicate items, and caring for luxury garments and fabrics
– Wardrobe organisation and management for family members
– Managing dry cleaning drop-offs and collections when required
– Walking and caring for the family’s four dogs, including feeding and maintaining dog-related areas
– Monitoring household supplies and reporting replenishment requirements
– Keeping fridge and storage areas clean and organised

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
– Previous experience in a similar private household housekeeping role
– Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
– Confident managing laundry and caring for luxury garments
– Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced household environment
– Strong communication skills
– Tagalog speaking highly desirable
